There were three main reasons why I bought this truck. #1- It has waterproof electronics, #2- Redcat has one of the best supports in the business,I have had excellent support from them in the past as I also own a Redcat nitro truck & the support I have gotten thus far with the Terremoto from Dennis has been superb!#3- It was over half the price of similar model competitors trucks!!
My first impression of the truck when un-boxing it was, WOW, Redcat definitely did their homework on this one! Not only did this truck look awesome, it had lots of ground clearance, it looked to be built tough & very well engineered. It was also ready to run out of the box, just had to charge the included 3200 mAh Lipo batteries!
Took it out in the snow for it's first test ride, this truck has loads of power, it handled flawlessly, the huge oil filled shocks soaked up everything I could throw at it & I will have to give it a +10 for fun factor!! Two thumbs up for the waterproof electronics, no issues at all running it in the snow!
I highly recommend this truck if you are looking for powerful, affordable, brushless monster!
