Shipping will be done by postal service by default with FEDEX being offered for larger items for quicker delivery times or in case of a strike.
Shipping will be in padded bubble envelope for small parts and bubble wrapped in box for larger parts and fragile parts. Vehicles will ship in manfacturers packaging with insurance and will require a signature. All items will be shipped using fastest means possible and we will ship five days a week.
Please, double check your address and postal code to make sure correct. IF an order goes out and is returned, it could cost $70 to $80 to reship, non refundable. It costs us the same shipping cost to have the order returned and placed in our hands. We charge that fee, and a new delivery fee of the same $30 to $40 dollars, non refundable. If you do not want the item rehipped, we will refund the purchase price, minus the return shipping cost to us, and the original shipping if there was one as we have paid that fee, non negotiable.
Returns must be arranged and agreed to before shipping back and must be accompanied with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any warrenties must be delt with by the manufacturer unless arranged before hand.
Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging. Returned merchandise must be received from our customer before we will process and ship out any replacement. All merchandise should be returned to us by shipping carriers with safe method which provides proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. so you can check with your local shipping carrier.) We will not responsible for the lost of returned merchandise in shipping.
Shipping and handling charges for all orders when an item is returned are non-refundable, as we have paid the Post Office to send the shipment and the Post Office will NOT refund the postage cost back to us after they processed the shipment. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send return back to us. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we ship out replacement for free (we pay for the replacement shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.
Refunds
Refunds or partial refunds for shipping will be given at our discretion if there was an over payment made. Meaning if you checked out with 8 items and paid $16.00 shipping which were all small enough to ship for $8.00, you will get a refund. On the other hand, if you were charged $8.00 and the post office tells us $16.00 you will be given a choice for full refund or paying the difference.
Damages, short shipments, lost deliveries etc must be delt with within 1 week (7 days) of receiving the order or contact with us must be made within the week for a response. If we are contacted 2 months after stating a part was wrong or shorted we will not be able to do anything to help.
If an order is placed and then a refund is requested for any reason it could take upto three days for us to process the refund. Any gateway charges as in credit card fees or Paypal fees will not be refunded as it is not refunded to us, this is non negotiable.
